Return Process

  Log into your MTJ account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items in their initial packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unworn condition.

  Drop Off Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our portal.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
